Guardian 4 mit Pumpe, Apple Health Connection funktioniert. Guardian 4 ohne Pumpe, ist nach einer Weile einsehbar, aber Richtung Apple Health fließen keine Daten. Mein einziger Grund für diese App und das Abo, funktioniert leider nicht...

◽️更新が10minutesになります。5minutesが正しいのに、5minutesで更新しません。さらにNOWが出て来なくなりました。


The update time is set to 10 minutes. It should be 5 minutes, but it doesn't update in 5 minutes. Furthermore, the "NOW" button no longer appears.

◽️頻繁にログアウトする。放置でモニタリングが出来ない。勝手にログアウトしてしまったらアラートも意味がなく有料の意味が無い。

I log out frequently. I can't monitor it if I leave it unattended. If I log out automatically, alerts are useless and the paid service is pointless.

◽️上記の不具合がなければ優秀なアプリです！

If it weren't for the above issues, it would be an excellent app!

医療用なので、今直ぐにでも改善して欲しいです。子供の血糖値をモニタリングするために使っています。

Since this is a medical device, I would like it to be improved immediately. I use it to monitor my child's blood sugar levels.

We tried to sign in on 2 phones and it kicked the one out, understandably. But after deleting the app off the other phone, the one phone is still getting kicked out saying it’s logged in in two places. Any advice on how to stop that?

Erst einmal muss man wissen, dass die Daten aus der Original App kommen. 
Also benötigt man zwei Apps die parallel laufen und quasi das selbe tun. 
Vorteil hier ist ganz klar die Darstellung, sowohl in der Auswertung als auch in der Optik von App, Widget und Apple Watch.

Allerdings verbraucht diese App unheimlich viel Akku und sie aktualisiert definitiv nicht automatisch, obwohl es das verspricht. Und ja, ich habe sie nun rund drei Monate getestet, Abo bezahlt, aber zufriedenstellend ist sie leider nicht. Guter Ansatz, wenn zu Ende gedacht und umgesetzt komme ich gerne zurück. Btw: manchmal wäre der Input von Real Nutzern sinnvoll und auch sinnvoll umzusetzen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser App. 
Das einzige, dass tatsächlich keinen Sinn ergib, ist, dass man die App am Telefon geöffnet lassen muss, um die Werte aktuell auf der Watch zu sehen. Tut man es nicht und drückt das Display am Telefon aus, ist der Wert auf der Uhr immer nur der von vor zwanzig Minuten.

выкинуло меня из учетной записи и больше не могу зайти, логин и пароль верный, грузится несколько секунд и вылетает на экран входа, попросила подругу войти под моей учеткрй - тоже не может, вертится экран загрузки и ничего не происходит

Die App stellt die Blutzucker werte meiner Tochter gut da und zeigt auch sonst viele Infos zur Medtronic Pumpe und überträgt diese auch ohne Probleme an meine Apple Watch . Jedoch hat die Auswertung der Batterie ergeben das die App innerhalb von 10 Stunden im Hintergrund 24% des Akku bei einem neuen iPhone verbraucht hat. Daher Abo wieder beendet. Tschade

For a month I have been unable to keep it updating. This app is very irritating. I have followed many suggestions but to no avail. I want to cancel this garbage and get it off of my phone. I hope this is not setup for endless subscription as I can’t find that info with a renewal date coming soon.

Unfortunately unable to login. Can log in to Medtronic eu servers directly but not in the app. the help guide mentions to choose the correct server but the app never presents this as an option and just has a login page which does not work and ultimately loops back round on me to the login page without an error message of any kind. :(

Не работает с Apple Watch. Для того, чтобы данные появились на часах, сначала надо зайти в приложение на телефоне. Если приложение работает в фоновом режиме, на часах вы будете видеть только данные, которые показывало приложение в последний раз, когда вы его открывали.

На телефоне работает отлично.

Can't log in and now way to ask to reset my password 🥴

I installed it on my iPhone 14 but the app doesn’t update. I always have to sign in again to get the updates to work only for the updates to last about an hour. Then I have to login again. 

I installed to get the widget on my iphone Lock Screen. But it’s no better then useless if the readings aren’t current. I have to login to my phone and check my cgm app to be sure what my levels are. Which begs the question, why have the guardian app?

データ更新が遅かったり、頻繁にログアウトしたり、そういうのはほとんどメドトロニックのサーバー側の問題です。まるで嫌がらせのようなメドトロニックの仕様変更にも対応が早く、使い勝手の悪い公式のアプリよりもかなり良いです。
おかげで血糖値管理がしやすくなっています。本当にありがとう。

I really appreciate this app — it has been extremely helpful for managing daily glucose data. Thank you for continuously improving it.

I would like to request one additional feature regarding the average glucose display. Currently, the average is calculated over the past 24 hours from the current time. While this is useful, it would be even more convenient if there were an option to calculate and display the average based on a fixed daily period (e.g., from 00:00 to 23:59).

Although it is possible to manually adjust the time range, doing this every time is a bit cumbersome. Having a simple toggle or preset for “daily average (calendar day)” would make it much easier to review trends and compare days.

Thank you for considering this feature, and again, thank you for your great work.

I’m not very good at tracking my glucose. So discovering this app has changed my life. My glucose now displays on my Apple CarPlay, Sugar Pixel, Apple Watch, Garmin Edge, and lock screen. The developer is agile and responds immediately to any new issues.

I love this app. My daughter has the Guardian 4 CGM and a 780G Medtronic pump.  The app allows me to follow her blood sugar.  I like how it displays on my Lock Screen , and it’s good that there are regular updates and bug fixes

The update for the watch to allow you to show the whole of the previous 24 hours is great. 
The ability to write data to NightScout is brilliant.
May I make a suggestion for a future update? Could you add an option to allow writing the data you read from Carelink into Apple Health? With this feature I’d give 5 stars

Was using Carelink, but found too many dropouts and ‘unable to connect’. Bizarrely, this actually connects when Carelink isn’t working (most of the time).  Previous ‘reauthorise’ issues have now been fixed so the app is perfect for my needs !

I appreciate being able to review graphs to see the individual delivery amounts of each 5 minute microbolus. It helps me understand the nuances of how the algorithm is adapting to me and changing with different settings adjustments.

This app fills a much needed void due to Medtronic’s lack of providing additional connectivity for its insulin pump users. I’m one. Currently now using the 780g after upgrading from the 770g. I wish I knew about this app much sooner. It does work well on my Apple Watch. A bit slow sometimes on updating but only usually for a few minutes. This could be understandable since the Medtronic carelink network must go from pump to iPhone to Medtronic then back to care partners. I’m assuming in the case of this app that the care partner server is in Europe so it has to travel quite a way. 
If the author does read these reviews, I hope they would consider extending the apps capability to providing the data to the Apple HealthKit so that data could be charted and thus used by 3rd party charting apps like Glucose Trends. This was something I much enjoyed using when using a Dexcom sensor which did report data to the HealthKit. Glucose Trends was a powerful app allowing judgments to be made on adjusting settings for basal and bolusing. 
I do recommend this app highly to those desiring to see their SG on their watch as it provides the capability beyond that Medtronic provides even with the 780g (very limited watch faces for complication application) and none for the 770g system. Just make sure you have your carelink mobile login information handy and is correct. If you already have a care partner setup you should be definitely good to go.
