Have gone through multiple updates yet simple product search causes the app to hang or crash. Stop wasting money developing an app if you are not gonna do it properly ### 2/5 — App Registration & Login Issue *2026-02-25, version 1.8.8* I wanted to register since 2025, but the app has been lagging until today. I managed to register using the website and it worked fine. However, when I try to log in through the app, it’s still lagging. ### 3/5 — Not a great app to use *2026-01-22, version 1.8.8* Guardian is great but their app isn’t so. I have communicated with the technical team several times about the app not functioning properly. They asked me to update my profile, but the app doesn’t work at all — it only shows a blank page every time I log in. Until now, none of the issues have been resolved. I also cannot view my points. Said that there is a new user coupon but not available. When I try to place the order, it keeps giving me error so I ended up using the site. It’s freaking slow! Everytime u click, it hang. The system does not respond when I attempt to do so, and no error message or indication is provided to explain what the issue is. I registered using my Apple ID, and the email address appears to be automatically assigned by the app. I am unable to edit or change this email address. Additionally, it seems that any updates or changes require manual written requests, which is inconvenient. I have already reached out to your team for assistance but have not received any response so far. I can’t do at online purchase now to grab my sales item 😳😳😳 ### 1/5 — Phone number bug still there *2026-02-15, version 1.8.8* The developer must have coded this app using AI because this phone number bug has been there ever since the app was released. You cannot save any edit for your profile because it keeps saying that “The Phone Number field must not exceed 15 characters in length”. And no matter what you do, the error appears. Contacted customer service and went through a lot of back and forth with them sending me authorisation forms but DOB still not updated.
