Can’t log in. Can’t change password. Keep getting emails with a login code but there isn’t a place to enter it. Been going on for a while now. ### 1/5 — So much trouble and useless app *2026-02-26* I switched from a big box drug store (Shoppers) that had a great app because i wanted to support a small local business. The guardian app has never worked for us. My prescriptions are not listed, so I have no idea how many refills i have etc. It is a nuisance. The pharmacist has tried to fix it to no avail. They keep calling tec support to put in a “ticket”. It has been a year. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-09-26* I used the app, got an email notification my refill request was received, then an email said my refill was ready. Went to store. Too soon to refill. The app had my email obviously and my phone number yet no contact of an issue was made. Contact that it was ready was sent which was wrong ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-07-22* Nothing works properly - pharmacy is never notified for refill, app constantly disconnects from biometric id sign in. Comedy of errors ### 1/5 — Almost useless *2024-05-18* This app has several flaws that have been brought to the attention of the developer. Months ago. Still not fixed. Haven’t been able to pull up my prescription history for months without getting the “oops …..” message. Frustrating. I now just email the pharmacy. ### 1/5 — Waste of Time and Energy!!!! *2022-07-20* App won’t let me login, have to reset my password to login maybe. I just relocated and had to switch pharmacies. When I transferred my prescriptions they didn’t get automatically added to my online profile. So instead of managing my prescriptions online, I have to do it by the bottles or a print out from my last renewal. The best of all, is the the mother company has the rural area I moved into they have two out of 3, over there brands within a couple of business in between each other. Nothing like cornering the market and saturating it with their brands. It’s funny how things change over the years! I switched to Guardian drugstore years ago, because of problems with the only other drug store was in my area at the time. And had great dealing with Guardian drugstore, but move out of the area and had to switch and to switch to another drugstore brands. If you have a choice, I would avoid the brand’s that are attached to this app!! Because their app is a waste of time and energy!! And yes, I get the individual Pharmacies under the brand don’t have much choice or say in the app and how it functions and that company acquisitions combined different companies under one brand. But the mother company has to supply them with tools for them to serve their customers to their needs. And this app, in my opinion and others in some of the reviews below say the same thing about the app!! ### 1/5 — App security is too good *2021-06-01* I cannot log into my account on the app as a security question pops up and no answer works. A call to the help line seemed promising but an email that was supposed to come in half an hour has not come and its four hours later. I can log into my account in a browser, but there is no indication of any security questions. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2020-09-12* I received a confirmation email saying that my prescription would be ready the following day at 1:00 PM only to find out that my prescription had been cancelled by my doctor without my knowledge. Why was the prescription still in your system and why did the pharmacy did not call me to let me know? What is the point of asking for a phone number every time you refill a prescription if you can’t be bothered to call. Time to find a new pharmacy or at the very least time to renew my prescription by phone and delete this useless app. ### 1/5 — Minus one star anyone? *2019-06-10* This app wasted my time after it sent me an email confirmation, only for me to go to the pharmacy that had not received my refill request. Absolute bogus and false advertising. Deleted the app. Useless. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2019-05-29* I gave it 1 star because I have to give it something. Three times out of 4 requests did not arrive at my pharmacy even though I received the e-mail confirmation. Not convenient at all. I’m going back to phoning in my renewals. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app *2021-11-30* I think this app is great. I’ve been using it for years now and it has been working perfectly for me. Drug store always receives my request and returns confirmation and pills are always ready on time. I also like the drug information section. ### 3/5 — “Date of birth” *2025-12-20* Please fix the “date of birth” to: “Date” or if it’s wanted then quit auto filling it with actual date. Also when adding a drug to list, give list of options for people. Eg. Din #, drug name, patient name. Let the phone number stay so it does not need to be entered each time. ### 3/5 — Excellent, when it works *2025-10-03* This is an amazing app. It is easy to use and refilling a prescription is a breeze. The pharmacy always has the script ready for me when the app says it will be ready. The only issue is that every once in a while, I get an error that prevents me from seeing and refilling my prescriptions. The error usually goes away as mysteriously as it shows up. Very inconvenient when you need a script. Please fix the “Oops. An error has occurred. Try again later” problem and this will be a 5 star app. ### 3/5 — Pharmacy keeps giving me the wrong prescription refill *2024-07-17* Not sure if the app is the problem or my pharmacy. Every time I refill a prescription that isn't the very first one I ever added to the app, the pharmacy hands me a bag of pills for the first prescription I ever added to the app, and not what I requested a refill for. I have archived some meds, added new scripts. I feel the app didn't test the accuracy of multiple behaviour use cases, or my pharmacy is incompetent and keeps giving me the wrong thing. I am adding the prescriptions manually using the reference number provided on the prescription, as the prescriptions given to the pharmacy never get added to my app automatically. (Another issue that could easily be remedied on the process side.) You need a better way of ensuring this does not happen before you kill somebody, who isn't paying attention to what they get versus what they requested. ### 3/5 — When it works, it’s great! *2024-03-18* In the past month I have managed to use the app once to successfully order a refill. It was blissfully easy & efficient. I have logged in on several other occasions for other refills only to get the message “An error has occurred. Please try again later”. Later was never better so I had to call. I’m very disappointed given other pharmacies have robust systems. I love my pharmacy but the app is quite disappointing. And no better luck trying to use website. ### 3/5 — When it works ! *2024-03-14* This is a great organizer app, for a quick view of you medications, ordering online, notifying me when to expect meds are ready for pick up, HOWEVER ! When it doesn’t WORK…….. which is often, and gives a message “an error has occurred, please try again later” it of no use. ### 3/5 — Prescription Renewals *2022-11-04* Basically the app is okay but, when a script expires it does not give any indication. It even allows you to try and renew a script when it is expired. ### 3/5 — Need option to specify delivery *2021-05-28* My pharmacy delivers prescriptions. In the screen for prescription refills, there is no option to specify home delivery.
