Can we Please just open the app or have an option on the caution notes to never show again? 
Its so slow to give me my readings and I have to wait even longer because I forget I have to click continue on the message that the app hasn’t been tested on my phone yet.

Le fait de connecter sur l’app déconnecte la pompe et donc la boucle fermée. TRÈS DANGEREUX car l’insuline ne se régule plus. FUYEZ !!! Inadmissible de laisser cette app sur le store

### 1/5 — Stopped working, very poor product support

The app stopped working on my iPhone 7 in 2023. Medtronic didn’t warn me that that would prevent me from using the app. Eventually, after about a month with their tech support, they ‘figured out’ that my phone was no longer compatible. I got a compatible iPhone 13. The issue persists where I get a gray screen after opening the app. Tech support keeps running through the same troubleshooting and promising to escalate but nothing gets resolved.

 It’s almost been 6 months and you’d expect a company that I’ve paid so much money to over the years to show a bit more urgency about my health device.

Cette application est non seulement inutile mais contre productive. Au lieu de vous simplifier la vie, elle fait bugger le système; le transmetteur n’est plus détecté par la pompe…

Leider lässt sich diese App nicht mit meinem transmitter verbinden was ich persönlich echt schade finde das die andere App die mir empfohlen wurde sich auch nicht verbinden lässt.

This version of the app (1.5) is worst than what I had. Especially on night when the app doesn’t read my blood sugar unless I enter the app, which I can’t ‘cause I am sleeping, and I don’t get notifications in my low blood sugar. I saw this also during the day when the blood sugar doesn’t update the level unless I enter the app and I wait a little bit so it makes the update of the level. Please fix this bugs and release a new version like the previous which never had this problem and I was receiving notifications when the blood sugar was going under the limit I set or over the limit. Also, it never required for me to go into the app so the blood sugar update, the app was doing this from 5 to 5 minutes. Now, if I don’t go into the up for 20 minute, my last reading is saying it was 20 minute ago. Thank you!

Ansich natürlich eine super wichtige und hilfreiche App. Der Ton für eine Benachrichtigung von erhöhten oder zu tiefen Werten, ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. 
Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit einen eigenen Ton zu wählen und vor allem gibt es keinen Ton der anhält, bis man selber ihn deaktiviert und somit die Meldung wahrgenommen hat. Der aktuelle Ton ist für viele Situationen viel zu leise und zu kurz und wird somit öfter in der Öffentlichkeit oder auch Nachts nicht wahrgenommen, was zu unnötig langen zu hohen oder zu tiefen Werten führt.
Des weiteren würde ich mir ein Wigdet wünschen, womit es dann möglich ist, sich den aktuellen Wert einfach auf dem Homescreen des iPhones anzeigen zu können. Somit müsste man nicht mal in die App gehen und es würde eine kurzer Blick aufs Handy reichen, um zu sehen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dies wäre mit Sicherheit für viele Personen in vielen Situationen sehr hilfreich.
