I have dental and vision through Guardian. Nothing else. When I open the app I can see blurry areas where info should be, but nothing else. I can click on some tabs. Most of them show nothing. The app is essentially useless for me.

Most people aren’t going to the dentist for the first time. I have to search for my town and scroll to find if my dentist is in network instead of being able to just search the name. What a waste of time.

I couldn’t set up MFA on my phone. The first option was for Google Authenticator but when you can’t scan the QR code that is on your phone, with the same phone, you’re asked for an Okta Key? Make up your mind.
