App is confusing and unclear on where to submit claims at. The first option was for Google Authenticator but when you can’t scan the QR code that is on your phone, with the same phone, you’re asked for an Okta Key? My password authenticator will give me a new password to use and then when I go to sign back in, it doesn’t switch over to my password authenticator to automatically submit it. So I must copy it quick to put it on the sign in. Please make it easier to sign in so we don’t have to make a new password every time. It would be nice if our password memory bank can be used on sign in. I remember I called at 3 times just to get the correct login info. Secondly, the app crushes every time I entered otp, install and download many time still have this issue. Thirdly, the app won’t remember my fav doc I saved on my pc account. I mean how can that happen?? My information seems to disappear regularly. I am finding that when I try to look up my information like insurance cards or even information for co-pays. Whenever I try to add my ID card to Apple wallet I get the error “We’re sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again later”. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve also tried to log out and log in again.
