I’ve been with this bank since last year October and it’s been nothing but issues with this app. Can never get in touch with anyone and the bank is closed on the weekends which is when the most issues occur. I just don’t understand. ### 3/5 — Slow to update *2026-05-01* I don’t know about anyone else but iPhone is always slow to get updates from Guardians One. Every time Apple releases updates Guardians One is always major malfunctioning for a month. Right now it will not even let me log in!!! I am a guardians app user from the release of the app years ago. Also, my Face ID keeps turning off every time I need to use the app I have to log in manually. I can’t even use Face ID anymore. I just started seeing that the app is not even loading no more it keeps crash once I click it. I rather have an app that can work for everything and show me transactions history as well from using my credit card you’re telling me I have to wait for my statements to show see what I spent my money that’s so stupid. Guardian please update the app or something that doesn’t cause so much issues I’ve been using the app since 2021 and now it’s just crashing all the time🤦🏽‍♂️ ### 2/5 — Can’t Get Representative *2022-11-15* Every time I call to make a payment or ask them to collect a payment it didn’t give you the option. I can’t deposit checks (the checks deposit app is an even worse joke since it won’t even let me join or log in or whatever), I can’t print statements, I can’t do anything but look at my account balance and see the items that passed thru my account. Why even bother?! Will probably only use this account for one thing and that’s to pay back a loan bc I can’t do anything else with it, and stay with my real bank checking account. ### 1/5 — AWFUL *2020-08-16, version 19.3.30* Worst bank app ever. Crap ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-03-05* I have had this app for a couple of years and it has never worked correctly… No matter what I do , it will never let me log in more than once. I reset the password and it will work for a week then stop. I have erased it and reloaded it multiple times and it continues to do the same thing over and over again. For the size of the company, you would think that they would be able to provide their customers with an app that actually works. I find it very aggravating that if I am traveling with my family, I have to literally use a laptop to login to make sure that my banking and bills are all paid through the actual website online browser. Zelle is a problem on here, not a very functional app ### 1/5 — Mobile Banking is Terrible *2023-06-12* I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on multiple occasions over the last year and the system is always down and not running. When I called to talk to the CU about it I was repeatedly told to uninstall and reinstall as if that would magically fix the issue after I told them I have three times and it was not working properly. ### 1/5 — App hardly works *2023-04-04* I’ve tried now for days to use the mobile app & the moment I try to open it, it just crashes. Today cannot even get into the app. Spent an hour on hold and all the employee said was it must be your phone! Every 6 months I have a problem like this with this credit union. I have been a member of other credit unions and this is the worst of them.
