Three days later I still didn’t get my refund. Contacted customer service and they said I wasn’t eligible for a refund because it was 3 days past the purchase! Put info in thinking it never charged me but now I have two years and I still can’t get in without putting in my cc details again. Contacted to cancel once I saw the double charge on my bill and they refuse to cancel despite “cancel anytime” on the advert. I’m 80 and it was impossible to even get anyone to help me on their website.
