### 4/5 — Good

*2026-08-04, version 1.4.12*

I wish you wouldn’t have to pay for something’s

### 5/5 — Best Decision I ever made

*2026-07-01, version 1.4.11*

Ok I usually hate health apps, you have to put everything in manually and it’s so hard to keep up with it. I have hEDS and frequent the Elhers Danlos Society website, and I found this app in their resources section, which I trust so I said ok I’ll give one more app a try. Well that was the best decision I could have made because as I was starting to setup all I had to do was login to all my provider portals, then boom all my info populated. Same thing with apps, just sign into each one then, boom all my data was there. Do I still manually log certain things? Yes. But is it every single little thing? No. And get this I can share all of it with my many specialists! When you have as many as I do (chronic illness folks, u feel me right?) they inevitably use different portals, well now I can just send a link or pdf with everything. This app is seriously so amazing, oh and did I mention it’s all free! Ok yes there’s a premium version but I haven’t felt the need to use it yet because I can do everything I need to without it!

### 5/5 — Highly Recommend!

*2026-06-29, version 1.4.11*

This is everything I need in an app and using it is also so simple and practical. You can pretty much customize and add anything you need

### 4/5 — Track Remind and journal

*2026-06-20, version 1.4.11*

Like the title says track symptoms set reminders and journal it has some great functions but they are mostly locked under a paywall only reason I held a star back try it out

### 5/5 — A health tracker that stores everything

*2026-06-19, version 1.4.11*

I had a major health issue last fall that prompted me to get on top of all my health information. Keeping everything in one place was very important to me, having something that can also input things easy was just icing on the cake.
I daily use Guava to track my medicines, supplements, and even routine personal items like brushing, flossing, shaving and getting haircuts. The reminders make data entry a breeze.
The one feature really important to me was the reports Guava can make before seeing a doctor. They always want to update and verify their records so Guava makes answering questions a breeze for me.
Guava handles want previous for me was a long note I stored in the cloud and several different apps.
If you want to get your health records organized all in one place the I highly recommend you consider Guava!

### 5/5 — Love this health APP

*2026-06-17, version 1.4.11*

I love the ability to be able to sync Guava with Apple and my health care providers. I have used this APP at the doctors office during visits to show results of self-testing needed by the doctor.

### 5/5 — The answer I’ve been looking for!!

*2026-06-15, version 1.4.11*

I got access to Guava through a provider as part of treatment for several complex health issues. No other app makes tracking symptoms easier and in the same space, I have access to all of my medical records! The design is seamless and easy to use; it may take a while to get everything set up, but it’s so worth it. I wish every medical provider used this platform!!

### 5/5 — Worth the try

*2026-06-03, version 1.4.11*

This app has all the things that I wanted to do without having to do all the unnecessary things. There aren’t any ads or anything on it and it has very well calibrated options. A lot of the things that I can track I didn’t even think would be available to me until I got this app.

### 5/5 — 5 star!

*2026-05-17, version 1.4.6*

I love this app! It is easy to navigate and has all the tools I need, even without the subscription! I would definitely recommend this app!

### 5/5 — The app that has transformed my understanding of my health!!!

*2026-05-16, version 1.4.6*

Can’t recommend this app highly enough for anyone wanting to understand their body better, or track the impacts of certain changes in their lifestyle or health. I wish I had found this sooner!! I understand my symptom patterns and body’s responses in a way I never have before and it’s unlocked a wealth of new knowledge and pathways that I can now treat with my own healthcare provider!!! Amazing app!!!!

### 4/5 — Excellent so far-FEATURE REQUESTS

*2026-05-15, version 1.4.6*

Please add Apple Health medication log syncing, including medication taken times and schedules. I log my medications daily in Apple Health and don’t want to duplicate that logging in Guava.

Also, getting body measurements from Apple health and integration with ZOZOFIT would be great.

Thank you!

### 5/5 — Tracking rheumatoid arthritis

*2026-05-08, version 1.4.6*

I am enjoying this app. I find the pain scales easy to use. I like how much information you can keep in one place. It’s only been a week but I like it.

### 5/5 — Phenomenal app

*2026-05-08, version 1.4.6*

When I barely have the energy to function, this app makes managing my health so easy.

### 5/5 — Best health tracker app I’ve used.

*2026-05-05, version 1.4.6*

Good design and I can’t think of anything else that would be needed to improve its function. Incredibly easy to use. There is a premium option but you really don’t even need it.

### 5/5 — Brings all your records together. First class app!

*2026-05-03, version 1.4.6*

For anyone tracking a complex medical condition, Guava is indispensable. It pulls together your tests and doctors’ notes from all the hospital system, lab company, and medical office portals. You can search, display, and if you want, download your records in clear, organized formats.

The developers keep updating the app and making it more useful. And they have been very responsive when I’ve asked questions or offered suggestions.

Guava also pulls all your Apple Health information — like workouts — and it lets you log food, meds, and symptoms. There are other apps that do these things, but Guava does a nice job if you want everything together. It says it can find correlations between various health factors; I’ve never found these to be useful.

Sometimes functions are a little hard to find in the interface, especially download options. But they are there if you look.

The new AI feature can also be helpful if you understand the limits of AI chatbots. You can ask questions about your health records, and the bot can search through them and explain what they mean. As with any chatbot, you should double-check any answer that’s important.

I pay for the premium service. This lets me upload PDFs of records it can’t automatically connect to, but I do it mainly to support the developers. The free version, I think, offers most of the useful features.

I don’t write many reviews, but this is a first-class app that many people will find very useful.

### 5/5 — Essential for managing chronic illness / complex conditions

*2026-04-21, version 1.4.6*

Guava is in my top 10 tips I share with friends and family for managing my chronic illness. I highly recommend the paid version so you get the automatic correlations (figure out what activities, medications, etc are affecting your symptoms, what part of your cycle various symptoms flare, and much more). Guava has been a major guide to the medications/supplements/activities/foods I keep or stop. It’s so hard to keep track of what makes a difference, but Guava makes it easy. Get it!

### 5/5 — My go-too health tracking app 👍🏽

*2026-04-15, version 1.4.6*

Switched from Bearbale to Guava a few years ago, and I have been enjoying the customization and flexibility a bit more than Bearable. I also really like how the app is organized and is easy to navigate and use.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Poorly designed

*2026-07-15, version 1.4.11*

Poorly designed

### 1/5 — Reminders Order Upside Down

*2026-04-13, version 1.4.6*

The new update has made it so you can swipe to dismiss/skip reminders which is nice but it puts the oldest ones on the bottom. Oldest used to be on top and I could see them in order. Now it’s backwards and I’m missing stuff because I’m used to going top to bottom not bottom to top. Change it back please.

UPDATE TO DEV. RESPONSE:

Well, it’s easy to miss reminders you are passed due on when they are on the bottom and literally hidden in a drop down with upcoming ones on top… Since you have coded the app both ways, maybe you should have a sort option so the user can choose what works for them instead of assuming? And clicking into reminders does no good, it’s confusing at a glance having them opposite. Mid-as-well have the option to hide reminders on the daily screen then. I’ve gone back to Apple Health until this is fixed… Missed reminders on the bottom and hidden by upcoming ones is just hilariously ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Health tracker that loses data you entered

*2025-11-02, version 1.4.5*

This software has one main job: to store entered health data and show trends. It fails at that. I have repeatedly caught it silently deleting entered records.

At first I thought I must be going crazy… but no, it’s happened again and again, even when I am 100% certain the record was saved. Whether it’s symptoms, water, caffeine, or other trends… the problem is consistent.

I have reliable internet and a modern iPhone. This kind of bug is absolutely unacceptable and I will be switching to a different app.

### 1/5 — Deleted

*2025-10-04, version 1.4.5*

Won’t let me log any symptoms.

*updating to add details. It doesn’t save the symptoms.

### 1/5 — Incompetent Developers

*2025-08-03*

Terrible app development. I’ve been a premium subscriber for nearly two years. Hardly anything new has been added. Impossible to justify the nearly $120 I’ve spent for a basic logging app. No transparency in the development or roadmap for future features. No new insights or improvement to the algorithm. Very outdated AI model. The entire app is stuck in 2023. No progress at all. It was great back when I got it with the expectation that it would improve. It has not. Terrible data export features. Awful, greedy developers. Stay away.

Edit: just look at their update log. Unbelievable. 8 months of the same, copy and pasted “new” features in the app store updates. These developers are taking advantage of desperate people trying to find help. They trap you in their ecosystem with their lack of customizable exports. Why would anybody want a PDF export of logs?? Or an unorganized and chaotic CSV? Why can’t we customize anything we export? Can’t simply export medication logs? Because that would mean we might import to another app and they’d lose a customer.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you've felt this way. We do release new features and updates daily to weekly, and much more frequent than the App Store log shows, since a lot of the features can be released without releasing an entirely new version or build of the app. If you open the app and head to "what's new" at the bottom of your Today tab, you can see a lot more of the major features we've released, as well as some future ideas we're considering. Our product updates email has the most detailed list of changes though, including both bigger and smaller updates. You can subscribe to this email from your Settings if you're not subscribed.

Here's a sample of the new features and improvements in the last 8 months:
- Upgraded Assistant to answer more types of questions like "How many stomach symptoms did I have last year"
- Improved lab ranges with CDC, lab, and provider‑personalized options
- Pin symptoms in reminders for quicker logging, and the ability to log absence
- Include charts in PDF exports for lab results
- Major performance improvements for faster load and sync times
- Visit Prep link sharing to make it easier to share with providers
- Improved ordering of the emergency view
- Insights Hub with community correlations
- AI nutrient estimates from food photos
- Import CSV data for food, cycle, and custom types, including custom export formats from other apps
- Ability to edit uploaded lab results parsed by AI

Regarding exports - most of the feedback from our users have asked for PDF exports to share information with their doctors, and CSV so they can analyze their data in Excel, so that's what we've built first. If you'd like, you can reach out directly to us via the feedback button in the app or email hello@guavahealth.com and we can learn more about what you're looking for as well.

### 1/5 — Font size too small and not adjustable

*2025-01-27, version 1.3.20*

The font size is too small for me to read and there is no way to adjust it

Even using the built in to my phone dobt adjuster it won’t get bigger for some reason and is very hard to read

I love the layout of this app and hope this issue gets fixed so I can use it

### 2/5 — Overall good but could improve

*2026-05-28, version 1.4.11*

If these changes were made it would be the best app ever!!!

Please consider adding:

A way to filter symptoms (could select multiple symptoms) and it tells what days in the past YEAR(S) it occurred regardless of severity.

Also it’s hard to see notes you add about your days which is important. Like if you just have a detailed note for your day not per symptom. Or like a “day summary that can be your notes for that day” is what I mean.

It would be nice to add “treatments” in addition to “symptoms” so you can see if those are making things worse or improving things. Custom treatments too. (Chiropractor, allergist, physical therapy, chemo, doctor visit, blood work, etc)

Also would be nice to have a way to monitor your body symptoms like pain, pressure, tingling, etc. with a body map image you can click on and make note of where it occurred and what it felt like and time range of how long it felt that way. Like if you had a headache 9am-12pm and then it came back multiple other times in the day you can log those all under that symptom.

The current “Compare” view should be for more than a month view. View as “year” would be better.

In general adding time ranges to symptoms and being able to have unlimited time ranges on a symptom would be ideal.

### 2/5 — Biomarkers - latest record is not updating in heart health

*2024-10-09, version 1.3.15*

Hi Devs
I uploaded my mother’s reports under biomarkers. Recently my mother got her blood work done for cholesterol and I uploaded that report under heart health.
What I noticed that new record is not updating in the heart health under biomarkers. it still shows previous record even though new record has been added there.

### 3/5 — Begging for more colors.

*2026-07-27, version 1.4.12*

The colors are significantly turning me off from the app. Please offer different color schemes for users.

### 3/5 — I want to love it

*2025-10-31, version 1.4.5*

And it had potential to be the most helpful app out there. But there needs to be some sort of support/outlined next steps for API issues.

I can’t sync the records for my PCP, who uses Cerner. A different doctor, using MyChart, synced no problem. I can log in, and I can connect, but it doesn’t sync no matter how many times I delete and reconnect.

It’s not like the 60-year-old receptionist at my PCP will know how to fix this or who to escalate it to. So I just am sitting here hoping it fixes spontaneously.

Frustrating, as I was looking forward to finding correlations between my Oura data and my bloodwork results.

### 5/5 — 10 /10 STARS BEST APP EVER

*2026-08-14, version 1.4.12*

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Guava Health 10 stars, I absolutely would! 🤩

I came across Guava Health while searching the App Store for a better way to keep track of my health, and I am SO glad I decided to give it a try.

I have lupus along with several other medical issues, so keeping track of everything can get overwhelming. I have consistently forgotten appointments, struggled to remember which doctor I saw and when, and had different health-tracking apps scattered everywhere. Half the time, I would completely forget about those apps and stop tracking altogether.

Guava has changed that for me. 💚 I can finally have so much of my health information in ONE place—appointments, providers, symptoms, medications, medical records, labs, vitals, sleep, activity, and more. I can even connect other health apps, devices, Apple Health, and supported patient portals. I especially love being able to keep a health timeline and prepare information for upcoming doctor appointments. 🩺📊

The amount this app offers for FREE is honestly incredible. There is also Guava Plus for $78/year, which unlocks additional features like deeper health insights and other premium tools. For everything it can do, I personally think the annual subscription is absolutely worth it.

And I don’t even think I’ve scratched the surface of this app’s potential yet! 😂 Every time I explore it, I seem to discover another feature that makes managing my health a little easier.

When you’re dealing with medical issues that are present and affecting your life every day, having everything organized in one place can make such a difference. I’m genuinely excited to continue using Guava and seeing everything I’m able to track and learn over time.

I cannot recommend Guava Health enough. 💚🩺📱 If you’re someone who has multiple doctors, medications, appointments, symptoms, labs, or health conditions to keep track of, this app is absolutely worth checking out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 from me!

### 5/5 — Excellent! Just Get it!

*2026-08-13, version 1.4.12*

This app is AMAZING! You can track nearly anything that’s going on with your health and the guardian updates/correlations are extremely helpful!

Seriously, if you are looking for a way to track your health and figure out how different things affect your health, sleep, weight, etc, this app is the one to get!

To the makers of Guava, THANK YOU!

***HEY GUAVA TEAM***
Please give us the ability to use the medical QR code with a laser engraved medical ID dog tag instead of just giving us the option for the wallet card. If it’s not something you want to do yourself, please team up with someone that can do it and make it so we get a discount or we can order directly from you. Stainless steel, titanium and solid 14k would be great!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-08-11, version 1.4.12*

For the first time ever logging all the information I need to feels manejable! I feel like noticing trends is posible and I’m exited!

### 5/5 — Life changing / Please add Claude support

*2026-08-06, version 1.4.12*

Finally, an app that pulls it all together + delivers insights/reports that are genuinely helpful.

Some minor feedback - I was unable to bulk update some of my data (.csv) bc it wouldn’t accept the date/time format and i couldn’t find documentation anywhere, so I uploaded a spreadsheet as a pdf. Seems like .csv would be cleaner, but it was accurate.

It would also be nice to see a full export feature that includes integrated health data and/or integration with Claude. Apple Health offers this and very helpful.

Many of us with complex health issues use Claude. It’s been transformative in my life - it found patterns that specialists missed and that led to a breakthrough. I have friends who use it to track cancer treatment. In short, it’s project/timeline based - that allows it to support users in ways the embedded agent can’t. This is a very common use case/need.

### 5/5 — Trends

*2026-08-01, version 1.4.12*

Being able to see my patient’s data from wearable tracking devices really allows me to see impact of lifestyle changes they are making.

### 5/5 — Really helpful

*2026-07-29, version 1.4.12*

Free version links together information from all my sources to provide clear pictures of my health. The symptom tracker is easy to use.

### 5/5 — A life saver!

*2026-07-27, version 1.4.12*

I use this app religiously for medication tracking. With multiple chronic illnesses and too many prescriptions to count, I simply don’t know what I’d do without Guava! I recommend it constantly.

### 5/5 — Excellent! Just Get it!

*2026-07-19, version 1.4.11*

This app is AMAZING! You can track nearly anything that’s going on with your health and the guardian updates/correlations are extremely helpful!

That said, I do wish it would import medications taken directly from Apple Health instead of me having to log them twice, once in Apple Health and again in Guava.

An integration with ZOZOFIT would also be great.

Seriously, if you are looking for a way to track your health and figure out how different things affect your health, sleep, weight, etc, this app is the one to get!

To the makers of Guava, THANK YOU!

### 5/5 — Highly Recommend!

*2026-07-08, version 1.4.11*

This is everything I need in an app and using it is also so simple and practical. You can pretty much customize and add anything you need. I’ve used so many different apps and they never have everything, and aren’t always easy to use. This one also comes with pre installed symptoms, like headache, nausea, and a long list of ones you wouldn’t usually think of. My problem with other apps is you have to add everything yourself and by the time I do that I’m burnt out and don’t stay consistent with the app. You can also compare metrics to see trends, view and well organized Hub that can be sorted by mental and physical conditions, AND you can share your profile with a health professional. I have mine shared with my therapist!

### 5/5 — Helped so much with Long Haulers Covid

*2026-07-06, version 1.4.11*

Took me a minute get access to my doctors /hospital,lans,test and MEDICAL DNA portals. Once that is done the rest is a snap. The AI is soooo COOL.
