Initially, the account was frozen for over three months with no clear explanation. After checking the government website, I discovered that the company had been restricted by the FCA, which explicitly advised customers not to make any payments to them. Despite this, after those three months, they proceeded to sell my credit file to another company, which I strongly suspect is linked to them. Since then, I have been receiving repeated mails from them, which I consider harassment. They have also provided false information to TransUnion, claiming that my account is active, when in fact it remains blocked. I have clear evidence confirming this and will be formally disputing the matter with TransUnion. Attempts to resolve the issue directly have gone nowhere. Their customer service offers nothing beyond vague, generic responses and takes no responsibility for the situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using Guavapay.
