Every time I load the app it just shows a black screen. I’ve waited, nothing happens. Just a blank black screen. For the majority of us, this is how we make our living. Being the first to respond and offer help. I’m lucky I have a laptop which the app still works on. I feel bad for the people that don’t. They’re stuck losing clients and potential revenue to support themselves. Thank you for the update! ### 1/5 — Great website, terrible app *2026-07-09, version 1.7.4* The app constantly crashes and logs you out and as of now it doesn’t even open after uninstalling and reinstalling. Most of what I use the app for is time sensitive.
