ملاحظات مهمة بخصوص خدمات التطبيق. 
ماسح الكود لا يستطيع قراءة الكود المثبت على علبة الدواء، واذا استطاع قراءته فتكون النتيجة أن هذا الدواء عير مسجل في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق، وهذا يعني اما أن تكون قاعدة البيانات غير محدثة وغير مواكبة لبيانات تسجيل الدواء، او ان هنالك مشكلة في التطبيق او في الكود المثبت على العلبة. 
التطبيق فيه تصنيفات كثيرة مفيدة ولكن للاسف وكعادة دوائر القطاع العام فإن أغلب فقرات وتصنيفات المعلومات في الفورمات والتطبيقات لا يجري تعبتها بأية معلومة أو شرح وهذا التطبيق ليس استثناءً من ذلك. 
التجربة للان محط فحص وقد باعني الصيدلي الدواء بـ18 الف دينار وتسعيرة وزارة الصحة مثبتة على الدواء بـ5،250 دينار للاسف.

من ادخل معلوماتي الشخصية علمود انشأ حسابي الخاص بالتطبيق كل مرة يكتبلي ان وحدة من خانات المعلومات غلط او مستعملة ( رقم الهاتف - الإيميل و باقي الخانات ) لذلك ارجوا ان تعالج هذي المشكلة بأسرع وقت لضمان نجاح التطبيق و التأكد من وجود جودة عالية
