## Newest reviews (3 of 16)

### 1/5 — App is trash

*2025-03-02*

App does not work, when you try to buy tickets you only get a white screen that does not go any further. Additionally this app is restricting those who do not have smart phones being that this is the only method of buying tickets without parking and buying tickets inside. The system is designed to prevent people from buying tickets.

### 1/5 — New ticket system

*2025-03-02, version 1.0.7*

Unable to purchase. Circular processing does not move forward

### 1/5 — Completely useless

*2025-03-02, version 1.0.7*

Got the app all set up and tried to purchase tickets only to be shown a blank screen with nothing more than the “Guemes Island Ferry” title at the top. This app is completely useless.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Tickets purchased but not received

*2026-05-22, version 1.0.17*

Bought a 20 ticket peak season and only one ticket was usable and in the chaos of trying to figure out why I am told “it’s a bug”.
Do you winder why it’s so dysfunctional?

### 1/5 — Clunky data collection for profit

*2026-03-15, version 1.0.16*

2008 called, they want their app back.

### 1/5 — Horrible app cart never goes to check out

*2025-12-27, version 1.0.15*

Not user friendly

### 1/5 — Please for the love of god fix the credit card entry screen!

*2025-10-10, version 1.0.11*

There is no reason that this app should not be able to use autofill credit card information on iOS. This should be very simple UI work that should’ve been fixed months ago, please, somebody, attend to this!

### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible!!

*2025-10-08, version 1.0.11*

Absolutely Terrible!! Takes forever, require too much input, you will miss the ferry if you use it

### 1/5 — One of the worst apps I’ve used

*2025-07-11, version 1.0.11*

The app felt like software written in the 1990s. Terrible usability everywhere. Unreadable text on a phone screen. Can’t paste a credit card number? Worthless. I’m sure it’s a case of “not invented here, and we can do it better.” Maybe saved a few bucks, but paid the price for not having an app that works.

### 1/5 — Very poor performance and design. Does not allow for mobile number to be saved

*2025-06-30, version 1.0.11*

Multiple issues.

### 1/5 — Horrid app - Needs to be reworked

*2025-06-21, version 1.0.11*

This app is atrocious, it hardly functions and when you add a fair to your cart it sort of locks you into place and you can’t move past to be able to check out. Eventually after mashing every option it magically moves on but once it does it does not save any card details and isn’t PCI complaint so it is unable to use Apple Pay or saved cards. The app feels like a late 90s quality flash program, it’s a joke and the fact it’s required for buying tickets just rubs the salt into that wound that much more.

### 1/5 — App is awful

*2025-06-04, version 1.0.11*

Couldn’t get it to work at the ferry dock. Had to go in and get tickets, which look like they’re printed on thermal paper which means don’t keep them on your dash or exposed to the sun or they will black out and be unusable

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Wok!!!

*2025-03-13, version 1.0.9*

I’ve done the bug fix and still unable to purchase a multi trip adult walk on card. I’m able to add to the cart but there’s no way to check out. No way to pay or finish the purchase.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — Pretty good now

*2026-01-14, version 1.0.16*

The app has matured now after its initial launch. Like most apps, it had initial teething problems. Once I took the time to learn how to use the app properly, and saved my financial and other personal information into the system, it does the job well. You can buy any number of tickets in seconds. IMHO, it is much better than old paper system because of its flexibility (e.g., my wife and I can share the same set of tickets).

### 2/5 — Clunky and buggy

*2025-05-18, version 1.0.11*

Too many clicks, too many bugs…credit card screen is so tiny it’s a wonder anyone can navigate it.

### 2/5 — Too many click to get onto the ferry

*2025-03-16, version 1.0.9*

The makers of this app need to review the UX and reduce the amount of clicks to perform the most common actions in order for this app to reserve a better review. The most common action would be ‘buy tickets’
