Very buggy, will not open consistently. Have to reboot app. ISO 5 and 6.
Please fix.
After sending several emails and requests no one has replied and still not working. Very poor service.

Great idea doing an app but why is it more expensive to download it if u do by 1 years worth of subscription, then if u bought the actual paper. Surely the paper has huge savings not producing and distributing?

Works ok till it kicks me out. Have to go back to the app and load again. At least you get three people to log in.

I have used this for over a year. It's a little clunky and arrives around 10.00 each day, earlier on Saturdays  (roughly the same time the physical paper is distributed to shops), but I have found it extremely useful, especially when travelling.
However, it has suddenly stopped arriving, either because I have upgraded to iOS7 (unlikely) or because my annual subscription needs renewing (possibly), but I seem unable to get any support or information to resolve this and renew!

This app is looking a bit dated and now does not work with the new iOS7, needs sorting.

Fantastic app, great way to get the local paper.  Only infuriating drawback is most days I can get the printed version from a shop before I can access the online version.  Some days it is  hours later, but I think that is the local paper holding it up rather than the app team.  A few other users have moaned to me about the same issue.
