For three weeks now, we have not been able to get the camera working so that she can see us. Forget trying to get the prison authorities to check their app. We have used all the instructional resources available and nothing works. I have an iPad M3 Air with the latest iOS updates including Chrome and Jabber. Hugely frustrating ….. Jabber doesn’t seem to let you test it properly or give you any control … or flag a problem! Hard to believe such an intractable product is being touted. ZOOOM is SOOOOO much better -‘cos it works!! ### 1/5 — Bodgy *2025-06-04* How are you supposed to even open the app?! ### 1/5 — Bad app *2022-09-25* This app did not work at all. Not happy ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve downloaded *2021-06-18* Just connect is completely unreliable. 95% of booked video meetings have not worked. Given just connect took the contract for nsw corrections meaning they are responsible for all the video visits for family and friends with inmates across nsw correctional facilities. This app hasn’t been working for over a month and nothing has been done to rectify the problem. There is zero support help and poor communication. If you’re looking for a reliable app for video meetings this is not the one. ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2021-01-06* Have downloaded this app on my iPad a few times and it just doesn’t work. Does on my iPhone 🤷🏼‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Screen Sharing Does Not Work *2020-08-14* Cisco does not seem to invest any resources in this Guest Access Jabber. There are numerous reviews on the web going back to February 2019 identifying the same problem - Guest App does not share video. Unfortunately the Federal Courts adopted this App for some of the Federal Courts to handle minor court hearing during the period of Covid. Cisco needs to spend some money and fix the problems with this product. Bluejeans and Zoom work smoothly in the Court where Guest Access is a disaster. ### 1/5 — Doesnt work with iOS 13 or Catalina - What’s that about 🤬 *2019-10-30* Have being using this for some time of iOS devices for work, but real problems now that iOS 13 has been released.... it no longer works!! I can’t believe Cisco could not have released an update to anticipate the compatibility issues. ### 2/5 — I CAN SEE AND HEAR CLEARLY. THEY CANNOT. *2020-05-09* I would not recommend this app. It’s poor quality. It lags. Drops out. And the person I’m having a private conference with. Cannot hear me. Even though, everything is up and ready to go. It’s even harder, when you’ve a group meeting, and you have to pass headphones 🎧 around, just so the receiver can hear. Microphone 🎙 test? Check ✅ Permissions test? Check ✅ Overall. I WOULD NOT, recommend this app. ### 2/5 — It’s jabber *2019-04-08* It’s jabber for the phone, unfortunately, it’s still jabber. Phone implementation good though. Unfortunately though jabber is probably the worst corporate chat client had the misfortune of using. ### 3/5 — Screen share problems on iPad *2019-02-14* Sharing a screen does not work on an iPad. An additional HTML5-Version is overdue. Obvious bugs like the scrambled control elements when one is forwarded to the app are very annoying and an embarrassment for a company like Cisco. The button for scanning a QR code on the startup page is barely noticeable and one should not have to scroll the start page which could be removed completely if the functions were included in a consistent menu which is opened during startup. An other little annoyance is that there is no button to switch the call destination URL. Also, the app should not collect personal information and state this unambiguously. ### 3/5 — Back Button *2015-09-23* App works great but there is no back button in the on screen keypad to correct a mistyped meeting id.
