I write this in hopes that management will see the failure in their company’s app. The app doesn’t work at all. For a brief moment, it worked, and I thought to myself that I could briefly travel around without a key. The opposite was true. Not only does the key on the phone not work, but it bricks your phone. Didn’t have any issues opening the door and it was super convenient to have my key so handy in my phone! I had access to my room and the rooftop lounge and was able to share the guest app with my family members so they could get access too.
