The syncing between multiple devices is seamless and the app is incredibly intuitive to use. the reporting post-event is comprehensive and simple. It has never failed, it is super simple to use and their software gets better and better. I love their photo feature and their new table program. I have been doing events for 20 years and this has literally changed my life. The app allowed me to check people in seamlessly, and know exactly who they were and who invited them. I could categorize guests however I wanted, and even have the app send a text to my colleagues when VIP guests arrived. Zkipster became essential for my business ! ### 5/5 — Simple, flawless guest-list management and event check-in app. *2011-12-28* I just wanted to say that I used your application for an event that I managed on Dec. 17th with 2500 attendees and it worked perfectly. We have used paper guest lists for this event for the past 8 years and this year, at the last minute, decided to try Zkipster. The day before the party I tested Zkipster and rented 8 iPads to use during the party. It was awesome. There was not a single issue with the service. Guests were checked in so quickly that there was barely even a line at the entrance. Frist, you have no way of getting into the app unless you register and login. that is fine, but then there is no way to register in the app. so, i go to the website to get help and see a place I can sign up. as I am finishing the form, i find out it is requiring my phone number to register. This app is fantastic and helps take any event to the next level. While the check in feature is a must have for almost any format of event, Zkipster also allows you to track things like photos, contact information, dietary requests, QR codes, table seating plans, and more about your guests. I am in the midst of planning a conference based in Hong Kong and using Zkipster for everything start to finish. With its sleek design and easy to use interface it takes care of many logistical efficiently so I can focus on my guests and clients. The customer service is stellar and the price is right. Very user friendly and for check in during the event was wonderful. The folks had less than a couple minutes of wait time in line waiting to check in.
