Despite confirmation from tech support that my printer was compatible, I have been unable to connect a printer over WiFi. The app simply doesn’t pick up the printer on the local network. Tech support were unable to offer any advice and confirmed that it was also impossible to manually set the up address of the printers into the app.  Disappointing as otherwise the app looks half decent.

I like it because you can Manage stuff in your school so let’s say a staff goes home all they have to do it just press Sign out

I’ve had two events where I use guest manager to link with event ticketing and the times were wrong for every event we had. We had a class in Chicago that started at 9 AM and guest manager will not let us scan our attendees in until 10 AM and would not sync with event ticketing app from Shopify. No email or contact to fix. Please advice

Great simple check in app. I realize this app can do a lot more, but all I needed was to import a guest list and check them in. It was super fast with realtime name searching and synced across all of our iPads.

I contacted Guest Manager about needing a solution to check in 2,500 guests. I wanted to scan guests in, instead of checking them in by name. I was able to work with them to import all my guests, design my own tickets, email them to everyone, and finally they rented me 12 laser scanners to use. We scanned all 2,500 guests in just under an hour with no lines. A+ for the great support and easy to use solution

Worked really well for my event, I created an account online, imported my guests and emailed everyonel a scannable ticket that I designed, all through the software. Then I used the app to scan everyone in. Highly recommend!
