Don’t Use! *2024-08-11* This is a horrible app! It doesn’t tell you that you have to deposit the scooter in one of a handful of locations that are difficult to locate. Doesn’t let you disengage from the app and then charges you for it. I should have paid 20 euros and ended up being charged 135 euros because there was no reasonable place for me to leave the scooter that the app would accept. And I was sent all over the city trying to find a deposit location. I would get to a designated zone and it would say that the parking limit had been reached (even though there were only two other scooters). I couldn’t find where to park, time kept running while I’m going around in circles trying to find another spot. Finally found a spot after like 20 minutes, but so far away from where I was going and it charged me 63 euros!!! What was intended as a 10 min fun ride, became such a hassle. I had to pay for an Uber on top of that to get back to where I wanted to go in the first place. Terrible service. ### 1/5 — Scandaleux *2024-08-07, version 8.37* Trotinette louee a paris. Apres 35 minutes nous voulons la stopper : impossible car "pas dans une zone de parking". Nous aurions aime etre prevenus a l'avance. Nous avons mis en pause le trajet donc le temps de dejeuner. Apres quelques minutes nous avons ete factures de 74 euros et notre location stoppee. C'est l'arnaque, information insuffisante au depart, facturation sauvage scandaleux. We tried one scooter just for fun and than found out that the nearest parking spot is 2km away. Only finding the parking spot took us about 20 minutes. The app said its 0,5€ for one minute. It charged us twice as much. We paid about 50€ just for trying it out. Use buses or undergroud. ### 1/5 — Attention grosse arnaque prélève 50€ une honte !!! *2025-04-12, version 9.01* Attention à cette application c’est une arnaque. J’ai voulu prendre une trottinette. Alors que le prix et de 1€ puis 25cm par minute. Non seulement la trottinette ne fonctionnait pas et en plus ils m’ont prélevé 50€ pour 0 mètre parcourue et 5 minutes de location ! ( le temps de me rendre compte que la trottinette ne fonctionnait pas !) ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-10-14, version 8.64* This app is a scam, I was charged 49 euros for a 2.1km ride. The moment you unlock the scooter 20 euros is charged to your card and when you end the ride another 29 euros is charged to your card. ### 1/5 — Scam in Paris *2024-10-02* Rented a scooter with my wife in Paris to take us to the Eiffel Tower 20 min away from where we were. Very, very limited parking spots so when we arrived, parking was “full” and did not allow us to complete our ride, forcing us to ride back to the only parking available which was 30 min away. Inconvenient and ruined our entire night being in the cold resulting in a $50 charge for the time rented ### 1/5 — Prix arnaqueurs *2024-09-05, version 8.41* Des voleurs … Rien de dit que à partir de 2 minutes de trajet, le prix passait de 0.30€/min à 10.00€/min C’est tout simplement une arnaque À ne pas essayer ### 1/5 — AVOID - use Lime instead *2024-08-31* My son and I each rented a scooter from Mobility in Paris. When we arrived at our destination, the Eiffel Tower, all three nearby parking zones were full so we could not leave and turn off our scooters. It took nearly 2/3 of our time to find a space we could park the scooters and then walk the long way back to our destination. The final bill was $180 Euros! My other son rented a Lime bike for a total bill of $5 Euros and was able to park near our destination. I have contacted the company, no response. This is a scam.
