Portfolio: the buildings behind your units. See what a building is worth, what is owed on it today, and which units sit inside it. Import a mortgage statement from a PDF, including a scanned one, or enter a loan by hand.

Money figures now say which figure they are. Spent and Paid printed the same number, and a statement carrying two payment figures never said which one it meant.

Cloud storage now shows how much you are using. Before and after videos are removed 30 days after they are added; photos and documents are kept.

A video upload that cannot finish now says so instead of sitting there.

Today reads the day forward, and two arrivals sharing a check-in time say it once instead of twice.

Plus clearer labels, colours that hold up on every surface, a keyboard that stops covering the field you are typing in, and dates and times that no longer get cut in half in a narrow row.

Photos on a property finally show up. The header photo was rendering as blank white space.

Early check-in now means early. A booking arriving at your unit's own check-in time no longer announces itself as an early arrival to you or your cleaner.

Message templates: one name per template, renaming one renames it everywhere, and the unit you pick sticks. A message you already copied stops coming back as a draft.

Bookings you add by hand now count toward occupancy on Today and in Owner Summary.

Screen-reader support across every sheet and form control, plus a tighter layout on the smaller iPhones.

### 1.0.12 — 2026-08-20

Fixes in this update:

• The colored icon tiles across Today, Tools and the sort and filter chips were rendering with no fill. They are back.
• Check-out times in narrow chips no longer get cut off mid-time.
• A stay's dates now stay readable instead of being truncated on a crowded line.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-08-17

New look, if you want it. Appearance in Settings now offers a second theme alongside the original. The original stays the default, so nothing changes unless you choose it.

Photos. Adding a batch now accepts every photo in it, not just the ones that finished first, and a cleaner adding photos makes one request instead of one per picture. If a photo is refused, the reason now appears in the language that cleaner reads.

Team notifications. Push registration failures were silent, which is why alerts from your team could stop arriving with nothing to explain it. Settings, then Notifications, now says whether this phone is reachable, and App Store builds no longer ship with a sandbox notification setting.

Fixes. A collapsed message template no longer reserves the space of the message it is hiding. A sync arriving mid-PIN no longer clears what you were typing.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-10

Push notifications now work on device. The push entitlement was never actually applied to any build, which is why team notifications never arrived on hardware.

A payment request built from a nightly rate is held until both stay dates are set. Before, a rate typed without dates billed the cleaning fee alone and the message read as a finished total. A generated Stripe or Square link is also dropped when the total changes, so it can no longer collect an old amount.

Arrival and departure cards say whether the nights are still ahead or already spent.

Readability and reach: deeper sub-line and accent colours so small text holds up on cream, drawn icons in place of typed characters, and the PIN pad, notification toggles, section headers and list rows now work from a keyboard and announce their state.

Heads-up tiles centre when they fit and pack from the left when they wrap, and a long label no longer clips its own icon.
