The concierge check in was a nice personal touch along with the follow up emails to ensure everything was going well. The unit was immaculate and the bath products so luxurious. They ask for a member fee to book and they are not true with their pictures and descriptions. They said they have individual garage but it is so narrow that none of the cars can park in. You can only put half of your car in and half on the narrow street, you will be very lucky if your neighbor is also home, cause then the two cars will be so close to each other and you won’t even open the door. The wifi is also not working. We have to wait for them to fix it at the first day we check in. Ignored when we reached out. ### 1/5 — ZERO customer service and accountability *2022-10-16, version 1.5* We are a successful married couple with experience nomading for several years. We have dealt with a lot but this takes the cake. First up, this house did not have all that was advertised. The hot water didn’t work. Supplies weren’t ready and we needed to ask them to bring us a trash can. We were forgiving and let them fix it. Instead they decided to take the rug and charge us a 170 fee for cleaning. I could buy 3 rugs for that. Not happy with this app and the integrity of this service. Feels like the “greatest hits” of rental properties. The app is easy to use and navigate, don’t feel bombarded with a million options, not too busy.
