## What is Guesthub Pickup Driver App?

Guesthub Pick Up Driver allows the shuttle driver to keep track of guests that have requested pickup service from the airport, see their location, and notify the hotel that the guests have been picked up and dropped off, all from a simple and intuitive app.

Give your guests the ability to request the pick up service and track the shuttle from the browser on their mobile devices.

Guesthub Driver will give you the ability to:
- Track a single shuttle or an entire fleet.
- Help you keep track of license, registration, insurance and permits expiration date.
- Keep track of every requested pickup, including guest location, phone number, confirmation number, clothing, per request.
- See the status of every guest.

The guest will be able to:
- Request the pickup service without the need to download the app.
- Track the shuttle and see the estimated time of arrival.

Maintenance update. Nothing changes in how you use the app.

• Short connection drops — a lift, a tunnel, a moment without signal — are no longer reported to the hotel as an outage. Only real outages are, so the hotel sees what actually happened.

• When the phone's system stops background tracking, the app now detects it and reports it to the hotel instead of going silent.

  • Fixed an issue where some locations sent during your shift never reached the hotel, even though the app appeared to be working normally.
  • The guest map and hotel monitor now reflect your position more consistently, especially when starting a shift and when signal returns after a no-coverage area.

  We recommend updating so your location always shows correctly.

Your location is now sent even while the vehicle is parked, so guests can request your service throughout your whole shift.

• Better location in covered parking and areas with weak GPS signal.
• If the location permission is missing, the app tells you and takes you there, and reacts as soon as you grant it — no need to close and reopen it.
• You'll be notified when a new version is available.

Fixes an issue where the app could show you as on shift without actually sending your location, which left guests unable to request the shuttle.

• Location tracking now starts reliably, even when notifications are turned off
• A warning appears if tracking is not running, so you can check your permissions
