## What is GuestTrack Check In?

GuestTrack Check In is the fast way for employees, contractors and members to check in at sites that use GuestTrack.

Sign in once with your GuestTrack account. Then scan the site's QR code, or check in straight from the home screen when you are at a site that allows it.

• Scan a code and check in in seconds
• See the check-in points near you and check in without scanning, where the site allows it
• Auto check-in and auto check-out (off until you switch them on): while the app is open on screen, it checks you in when you arrive and out when you leave, with 5 seconds to cancel
• Remember my answers: the check-in form opens filled in next time. You choose what is saved and can remove it in Settings
• Works offline: check-ins are saved securely on your phone and sent when you are back online
• See today's check-ins and whether each one is saved, syncing, confirmed or waiting for review

Location is read only while the app is open, never in the background. If you would rather not share it, scan codes instead; you can turn location on later in Settings.

GuestTrack Check In is for people who have been invited by an organisation that uses GuestTrack. You need a GuestTrack account to sign in, and accounts are created by your organisation's administrator.

One-off visitors do not need this app: scan the site's QR code with your phone camera and check in through the browser.
