Also you can’t update billing info in the app. These things didn’t use to be a problem. Well, cancellations from VRBO were handled properly in the past . But now you have to go and try to cancel what guesty still thinks is in use. Can’t do that in the app. Shouldn’t need to! ### 2/5 — Not recommended *2026-07-13* Some features in the app like blocking dates don’t work, app layout is busy and unintuitive, no phone number to call, customer support exists only as AI chat or by submitting a ticket, which is answered by AI agent with info you can look up yourself. Dynamic pricing costs extra on top of $39 for the Lite version and doesn’t seem to affect pricing set manually before. Yet, they charge 1% of the booking price if you turn it on. ### 2/5 — Not good *2026-07-09, version 8.2.20* Airbnb’s interface is really good. Guesty is confusing, glitchy, hard to navigate and I don’t trust that it’s doing what I tell it to do. Will be looking for an alternative. ### 1/5 — Poor for the money *2026-07-01, version 8.2.19* If I was starting out again I wouldn’t choose Guesty - we’re paying optimum price for development software and worse support. avoid ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-05-05, version 8.2.13* Door codes don’t set half the time, slow messages, extremely expensive. Awful for how expensive it is. ### 3/5 — Impossible to get support *2026-04-30* It it so difficult to get support with any issues or questions. You can call the number but usually no one answers, you can request a call back but you might not get one and if you do it’s the next day. You can start a chat in the website and talk to the robot but if you need a person it can take 6 hours for someone to get on the chat and if you don’t answer immediately they close the chat and you have to start all over. ### 1/5 — Nothing WORKS *2026-04-26* Save your time and work with something else. The app never sends notifications. They just changed the interface but haven’t fixed the notification problem. Not to mention the customer service - it has take 20 days and counting to cancel my account. I get a response about once a week, usually on a Friday, most likely so they can milks more money out of me. Truly Guesty is a money pit of a mess, save your time, go somewhere else. ### 2/5 — Recent update broke the multi calendar *2026-04-23, version 8.2.9* Unfortunately the recent update has made it so I can’t scroll down on my list of properties in the multi calendar ### 1/5 — Trouble signing up *2026-04-05, version 8.2.2* My issue is that the app upon downloading and opening it immediately assumes you have an account.
