## What is Guía Nutricional en UCI?

Herramienta educativa destinada a médicos y especialistas en medicina intensiva para identificar al paciente ingresado en UCI con riesgo nutricional, asegurar sus requerimientos energéticos y evitar la aparición de efectos adversos derivados del tratamiento médico nutricional inadecuado. Contiene material de consulta y formación, ordenado en capítulos y algoritmos de decisión e integra un paquete de calculadoras nutricionales, que permiten, entre otras funciones, calcular las necesidades calórico-proteicas del paciente ajustadas a su grado de estrés y medidas antropométricas.
El desarrollo de esta guía ha sido llevado a cabo por el Grupo de Trabajo de Metabólismo y Nutrición (GTMN) de la Sociedad Española de Medicina Intensiva, Crítica y Cuidados Cardioógicos (SEMICYUC), bajo el patrocinio de Vegenat Health Care Grupo Nutrisens.
