Degustazioni alla cieca di tutti i vini da parte di 70 Commissioni territoriali composte obbligatoriamente da Enologi ONAV, esperti assaggiatori ONAV e degustatori ONAV.
Presenza di una seconda commissione centrale formata da almeno 6 membri provenienti da differenti aree geografiche del Paese che certifichi i vini preselezionati.
Potenziale infinito di vini recensiti.
Redazione delle schede in italiano e in inglese.
Dati su cantine, enologi e produttori.
Geolocalizzazione di tutte le aziende vitivinicole.
Numero di lotto della bottiglia di tutti i vini assaggiati.
