Sounds like a scam. Takes longer to go through the website but at least no hassles. ### 1/5 — Not working *2017-06-04* Requires a log-in, which doesn't make sense because the website does not require one. Tried to log in and just says "Please Try Again". Went to the website and it seemed like maybe my account had expired. Created a new account, but same thing trying to log in on the app. Updated app, didn't work. Deleted and re-downloaded, didn't work. Requires a password, and no place to get one ### 5/5 — Information plus *2012-03-20* Getting logged in was easy after calling CDMS.net. Their support team worked with me through the configuration, and doing my first search. I love this app. It has everything I could need and then some. Saving the label to my iBooks is a piece of cake. I can even email labels. The application information is manufacturer approved and kept up to date.
