Useless, played the first few and then inaudible with volume right up.

**Developer response:** Hi, sorry to learn you had an issue with the audio! So we can investigate, can you let us know at support@guide-ai.com whether you were using earphones and whether you were using the "top phone speaker" mode or the "earphones or loudspeaker" mode? Many thanks!

I paid for York but it failed to deliver, freezing on the downloading spinning wheel. Product concept is great but unfortunately as I have paid for and received nothing it’s one star from me.

Really sorry to hear you’ve had an issue! This was caused by a small issue in the app that effected a very small proportion of users. This has now been resolved in a recent update to the app. If money was taken from your account and not automatically refunded, please send us an email to support@guide-ai.com and we can help get that refund sorted.
