## What is Guided Alchemy?

Speak your dream before it fades.

Guided Alchemy is a voice-first dream journal. Each morning you talk for a minute or two about whatever you remember. Settings, characters, feelings, fragments. Later that day, at a time you choose, a narrated reflection comes back to you.

The gap between those two moments is the point. You catch the dream while it is still raw, then meet it again hours later, in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.

Dreams go strange the moment you start typing them. Speaking is faster and looser, and it keeps the feeling in. Guided Alchemy asks you to talk before words harden.
WHAT COMES BACK

I started using guided alchemy just the past few days and as I document my dreams, I immediately recognized that my dream debt has increased substantially. I think this increased dream activity is a result of me thinking about how I’m gonna record my morning when I wake up and it’s increased dream activity although it’s just been a few days I think it’s a direct result of having this on my mind as I drift off to sleep each night.
