## What is Guided Reiki Healing?

Reikimaster teacher Helén R. Løddesøl guides you through self-treatment. You might choose 1 or 1/2 hour guided self treatment in Norwegian or English. In a beautiful, healing sound picture, created by Davor Bozic.

By placing your hands on the given positions, you get in contact with the energy lines of  your body…. and a deepened communication happens. 

Creates inner peace and deep rest. If you are initiated to Reiki you get more.
