Products ship from the manufacturer, they have a full line up from the manufactures instead of rebates on old stock. Check the details from the individual companies about returns, but so far I haven’t had any issues returning any products that weren’t quite right. Super pleased with this app and the customer service has been great. Awesome product line up. And grateful to the manufactures for offering substantial discounts on current items. Whether I’m gearing up for deer season, chasing turkeys in the spring, or getting ready for duck season, I’ve been able to find quality equipment at prices that make a difference. The verification process was straightforward, and once you’re in, the discounts from trusted outdoor companies are legit. There’s no way that it cost that much to ship a knife. ### 1/5 — Renewal is awful *2022-09-16, version 4.0.0* Initial signup was great. Ordered a few times and when items were actually in stock I got them no problem. But lately much of what is listed is either "out of stock" or "no longer available". Now, I've been trying to renew my membership for the last three months and keep getting rejected because of "insufficient employer credentials". Absolutely frustrating. Customer service was no help. ### 1/5 — Poor sign up process!! *2020-10-13, version 2.2.0* Tried to sign up two of my full time guides. Sent in a letter for them listing them as guides, copy of my guide license, copy of my Permits, copy of their cpr/first aid cards and I messaged guide fitter my self as the owner telling Guidefitter I was inviting two of my guides and listed their names. Still they are both denied. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2019-11-04* I just want to say this app is all around garbage. It’s more of a social media site than it is a veterans discount program. The verification process is very annoying, they will not verify your veteran status with an ID card, like pretty much every other site in existence does and then they take days to let you know you’ve been verified. Next, I ordered a vertx bag from here at a great price. Unfortunately two months later and always being given the runaround as to why I still don’t have the bag I’m pretty frustrated. I will not be buying anything else from Guidefitter and I highly recommend that anybody that sees this review doesn’t either. ### 2/5 — There’s better *2026-02-12, version 8.8.0* The app itself works fine mostly. You can find better deals on most things they offer. The Customer Service is subpar at best. ### 2/5 — Not bad *2024-08-01, version 5.5.0* I’ve found some product that are actually cheaper than other retail stores (Cabela’s, Scheels etc..). In fact all prices are cheaper but with tax and shipping fee, it cost as much as buying in local stores. If you’re lucky, you’ll find some product that are cheaper than local store after tax and shipping fee but majority of products are same price as local store after tax and shipping fee. ### 2/5 — Shipping *2024-07-27, version 5.5.0* Once I understood how expensive the shipping would be on all the items, I realized that nothing would be any cheaper than if I bought it locally. Perhaps that has nothing to do with the site itself, but it isn’t helping me anymore than the nearest cabelas, or scheels. ### 2/5 — Awful shipping times *2020-09-25, version 2.0.1* Products and prices are good, but for the amount you have to pay extra for shipping it shouldn’t take as long as it does. I bought a new bow case almost 6 weeks ago now and still haven’t received it. 4 weeks after purchase and not hearing anything I emailed customer service to see if they had an update. They contacted the brand and said it should be sent out any day now. That was 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received a shipping notification. ### 2/5 — Do your homework and research. *2020-04-07* Many of the apps do not have not worked for months. Many of the products appear to be marked down at great price until you do a internet search and will find comparable prices to possibly better prices. You need to wait until company’s have sales which can only be a day or 2 long. Many times items have taken 10 business days just to ship. Still waiting on items from a month ago. Have been questioned on purchases many times for myself by guidefitter.
