## What is Guidemate CRM?

GuideMate is the management app built for independent mountain guides, instructors and outdoor professionals. Keep your clients and outings on your phone, even offline.

### 1.0.29 — 2026-05-17

Tasks with reminders linked to a client or activity, including offline. Center « + » button to add a task, client, or activity. Free-form notes on the customer profile.

### 1.0.25 — 2026-05-05

Customer import is now easier: if you still cannot find the format you need, a direct support link is now available from the import screen. This release also includes iOS build configuration updates to improve production build reliability.

### 1.0.19 — 2026-03-27

Each activity now displays a Weather & Conditions section with forecasts per location, BERA avalanche risk per massif (including nearby massifs), and direct access to Grimms Météo and Condis. You can add multiple locations per activity using an autocomplete search field. Meteoblue 5-day and 14-day meteograms are available full-screen if you set up your API key in Integrations (free Open-Meteo weather by default). The "Planned" status is removed in favor of "Project" which absorbs its role, and the new "Ready" status triggers automatically when all participants have completed their form. CSV client import is available. Many fixes improve stability: no more navigation freeze between detail and edit screens, missing data after save is fixed, and offline mode is more reliable.

You can now block days or periods in your schedule (vacations, training, unavailability) directly from the Activities screen. Subscribe Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to your activities and blocked periods via a live iCal link. If you use inbound email forwarding, detected opportunities now appear in the Integrations screen for quick validation. Offline mode is significantly more reliable: clients and activities created without a network connection appear immediately, participants are correctly saved at creation time, and sync no longer produces duplicates.

### 1.0.17 — 2026-03-18

Introduced full subscription management (RevenueCat, free plan limits, Pro status), new activity statistics and filters with improved offline support, plus several UX enhancements (navigation, calendar, subscription screen) and minor fixes.
