My one time payment was rejected because I had autopay setup, autopay never went out this month so I tried to do a one time payment, but one time payment not allowed because autopay is setup 😂 what joke of a company

Its a poorly coded wrapper for their poorly coded site, and it also hangs during initialization most of the time. It will not help you make payments. It will actually prevent you from soing so because it does not work. Do not download this. Use a browser and do not let it redirect you to the app. Better yet, shop around for a different mortgage company because this slop is simply unacceptable.

The app will not allow you to go past the log in screen. When try to log on via Safari, it brings me to the app. Nothing is working and I am not able to log in.
