Latest one is i can’t log in on the app. It’s just taking me through an endless loop. The browser automatically tries to open the app and takes you through the same infinite loop. I’m just trying to pay my damn mortgage. Absolute garbage, avoid if possible. ### 2/5 — Very Frustrating App *2026-05-25, version 2.0.3* This app has some helpful information about my mortgage but has some flaws that are so frustrating. The fact that I’ve called and my wife has called to try to fix the problems is beyond frustrating to us. We simply want to increase the amount we pay towards the principal but the app pops up an error message each time. When we call and talk to a human at Guild, they’re baffled and can’t believe we have the gall to call and complain about their amazing app. Plus, for 2 months we’ve not been able to pay additional money towards our principal. I believe the app must be designed to keep borrowers paying s long as possible so that Guild can keep collecting interest and profitting off folks like me. ### 1/5 — Useless and frustrating *2026-05-24, version 2.0.3* Hard to find basic info such as monthly statements. Trying to do basic things such as making an extra principal payment or increase a an extra principal amount usually fails or has to be attempted multiple times. It's as if they let someone who has no experience usung apps design and set this up; I've never seen such a poor product. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-05-24, version 2.0.3* The app stopped working, so I have tried to log in on the web and it takes me to the app that I deleted from my phone. I do not recommend anyone to download and use it. ### 2/5 — Started to like the ease of the app but hate the app. *2026-05-17, version 2.0.2* When I logged onto the website to pay my mortgage I was excited that they had an app. I’m the type who likes the ease of logging in and making a payment. For the past month, I have not been able to log into my account from the app. When I try to log onto the website on the phone it kicks me out to use the app. But if the app isn’t letting me log in, what’s the point of having it. No extra value is provided by this application i sign up for face scanning to use as log-in and still get prompted to add a text code to log in. Every login takes you to this app. Even on my laptop it takes me to the app. It doesn’t let you login. I went to their website, the link in my email, my phone app: nothing works! I think there website might have crashed? Nonetheless, it’s a real pain to check mortgage details or make a payment. ### 1/5 — Garbage App. Do not install. *2026-06-29, version 2.0.3* Its a poorly coded wrapper for their poorly coded site, and it also hangs during initialization most of the time. It will not help you make payments. It will actually prevent you from soing so because it does not work. Do not download this.
