Matthew Berry and fantasy life completely destroyed this app. I am sure they do not care. Before he bought out this from Paul, this app and website was phenomenal. The rare times it actually loads out correctly, you still have to get through the unintuitive interface. This coupled with a total lack of visibility on what is happening in your league regarding waivers and standings leaves this app DOA. Thankfully sleeper has this format now and I can cut bait on this atrocity next year. Use sleeper for better quality ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-11-11, version 7.37* Let me tell you about this app. I gave it a 1 star bcuz I can’t give it a -10. I can not understand how this app is so bad. From a technical standpoint, it crashes constantly. And I can’t even tell you how many network error warnings I’ve got. Waivers get pushed back all the time bcuz of technical issues. It drops players that you didn’t select to drop when doing waivers. Then from the user side…they don’t give you any info on players injury status. You have to use other sites to find out if guys were practicing or not. There’s literally no info on anyone. When looking at FA’s on the wire, it’s automatically sorted by their projections for the week. You can’t filter based on yearly totals, per game averages, nothing. It’s ridiculous. In years past, you could see all the bids on players when waivers run. Now you can’t. You just see who got the guy, how much they spent, and who they dropped. You have no way of seeing who was the next highest bid or what teams were making bids on guys, nothing. So you end up over bidding on everyone you want bcuz you have no idea what the market is like. It’s so lame. At this point, they should go back to writing out your whole league on a sheet of paper, scan into a computer, and email it to everyone in the league. I have played Guillotine format for 4 years and I would consider it the best fantasy format that exists. This year, new ownership took over and it is unplayable. They do not care about the customer. The bugs on the app are unbelievable. Waivers sometimes run, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes you can edit your lineup, sometimes you can’t. There are no free pickups so if injuries happen late in the week you are left helpless. There is no sorting options to view players. The website/app crash regularly. It’s genuinely really sad to see the fall from graces since new ownership took over. I am a lifelong fan of this platform, I will never play on this app after my experience this year. New ownership should be ashamed. If you are considering playing, I’ll save you the trouble, don’t. Find a different way to play, this app is a waste of time, effort and money and will only leave you frustrated. ### 1/5 — Terrible ! *2025-11-02, version 7.36* Nothing but issues. Not defaulting users to autodraft after they miss multiple picks is crazy. I realize it’s a free league but come on. The FantasyLife website is glitchy as heck too. Letting the app decide is going to be very fair. They won't give your opponent 5 straight bids before it cycle over to you in the last round. We have a nail biter now. I was skeptical that I wouldn’t like the non-H2H format, but playing against your entire league every week and the sweat that came with that was honestly incredible. I will also say, the new update is the best the app has been in years! Everything in the pre-draft process is looking great. I’ve set up leagues myself and even done a couple drafts, and everything seems to be working as it should.
