### 5/5 — Just the app I need for songwriting!!!

As a maker of computerized music - what I need is an instrument that I can use to play around strumming different chords till I get just what I need for my next song. And given the minimal space and paper-thin walls of my apartment, an app for the purpose is often far more convenient than having to break out a physical guitar for the purpose. This app does what I need better than anything I have ever found!!! — I notice that the app has not been updated in years. I hope that this is because the developer has an “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” attitude, which is definitely a plausible explanation given how well the app does what it is meant for. I wish, though, that there was a way that I could be _assured_ that this is the reason for a lack of updates in recent years. — This app will not teach you how to play guitar. But who cares!! There are other apps for that - and this app does not _claim_ to do that!!! This app is a chord test-board for song-writers!! That is what it claims to be for — and for that purpose it is the best I have found so far!! (And pretty good at it.)

I buy now the Pro Version, that is what I search for, the Freedom of Custom Picking, Sturming, Record and Playback! Sound is very good! I hope I can use it via IAA? Check out the Free Version it was the Prove for me to Buy it. But in my Opinion it is too Expensive 21,80€ that is a lot...but this App is Free Customize able, add your Owen Sturming Rhythem, create em! Midi Out...! That Thing Play a whole Song you have build in Single Steps...Amazing! 
I save one Star to give, reason why...maybe I can add a Star later when a update come, as Plug-in for Cubasis...!? Hope so!

It’s a decent app but it’s obviously amateur and to unlock any features you need to pay $20! 
This is a $5 app at most, not a $20 one.

Not good that this very promising app has gone up in price since launch, yet not been updated for two years. Such a pity, as if it was brought up to date, with IAA connectivity, preferably AU3 and Ableton Live integration, it might justify the price tag of the full version.

i got this to experiment with chord progressions for song writing but there’s an extremely limited selection of chords and you have to pay $20 to be able to get more??? it doesn’t make sense

I hope the developer will continue to support and develop this app.  It has the best selection of chords, is easiest to play, has midi out, pretty great.  I would prefer that all of the features were in one screen (maybe tabs instead of entering and exit gin screens), but so far, that's a small complaint for the quality provided.
