Looks quite outdated, but most importantly I wish the app persisted my selected view between launches. I always have to select the minor scale on every launch, which is daunting. Why can't the app remember what I was doing a few hours ago?

I got this app to be a good reference for different scales/modes outside of normal western music. In exploring the app, and its lessons, I thought it deserved a review! I've loaded dozens of guitar apps over the years, this is the best one I've found, wether you're a fresh beginner that wants to follow their lessons, or a pro that needs references for Eastern/oddball music theory, it's got everything. And it does it in a very friendly, simple to use layout. Coupled with a flat fee (not a subscription) THIS is now the app I recommend to my students.

Great app for searching chords
I’ve been using this app for years. If I know the name of a chord, but need help finding fingerings, it’s great. Vice versa, If I’m playing a chord and i don’t know the name of it, I can search using the fingering. It also has lessons the all helpful for beginners. It’s one of my go to’s.
