I downloaded this app just after receiving my Go Guitar interface. No luck. I am using iPod with 1/4” jack as the product was designed for. It may need the newer connection to recognize. I’m not going to pay another $10 just to get it to work (if it does). Also, tried to contact support link. Dead link. Very disappointed! I read some reviews and it seams others are having this problem as well. Please fix and i will re review but for now its the lowest score because I own the right equipment, it just wont work. Still does not recognise TC Helicon Go guitar. Close button on menu doesn’t work most of the time. Freezes up. Cannot add amps or pedals. GGP is recognized in IOS settings but features in the app are staying locked no matter what you do. Looks like they haven’t updated it in years. So why advertise a product you sell works with an app if you don’t update the app to work???! Contacted support - they admit app needs fixing and have no idea when. Their marketing and FAQs are misleading. How comes you can update this app, But not fix the iOS 12 problems with "Voice rack fx "? I was told that you only have one developer? Strange? Voice rack fx has problem rendering on iOS 12 & higher. Apple have updated the software but you have not ? I'm sure it's not a major piece of work for you to figure out what the problem is... If voice rack fx was updated and worked on iOS 12 Your ratings would increase, your app sales would increase.... Or do the iOS musicians that use your products not count??? Woks like a treat on the TC Go Guitar Pro. Reverbs are particularly good. Other effects also good. Check. Boatload of pedals and amps? Check. Astounding quality? Check. I’m blown away. I just got this app today and it’s already my new go-to. You need iOS-compatible TC-Helicon gear in order to unlock the full app. For whatever reason, this seems to have upset some people. In my opinion, this is great because it means unlocking everything in one fell swoop. If you’re like me and you’ve gotten deep into guitar apps and tried out a bunch of them, you know they’re pretty much out to nickel-and-dime you with in-app purchases. Well, here comes TC-Helicon with an entirely different approach: Buy one of their iOS-compatible products and you get the full app. It’s a breath of fresh air and I appreciate it so much. I could go on about how great the app is, but I’d rather get back to playing with it! Plus, the demos on TC-Helicon’s YouTube channel show it off pretty well. Suffice it to say, it’s just as good as they make it seem. ### 5/5 — Please do in app purchases *2019-08-20* I would consider buying some of these effects and amps if they allowed me to purchase them in the app. Unfortunately the place I live is far from the nearest music store and I don’t own and TC Helicon hardware that could be used to unlock them. ### 4/5 — Seems to have been fixed *2025-02-07, version 1.1* Now works if you change Settings/Debug/HW unlock. Also be aware that as of this writing it still doesn’t work with ios 13.
