Makes me give pause about this airline. My first time flying Gulf Air and probably my last. I have changed several times my password. In the web I am able to log in in my account but not here in the app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Add points *2025-12-01, version 9.4.2* Not impressed. Opened app account to collect points which wasn’t able add. It appears if you enter your full name as in passport it doesn’t recognise ticket name. Customer service have not corrected the issue. I want to use points for extra baggage. Booking a ticket online was a nightmare.
