Edit to Add: I have written in at least four times to ask for these improvements and have either gotten no response or been told that the developers will “consider” the request. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your comment. Maybe someone should change a word or two in between “updates” . Copy and paste is my CS major too, but that’s not a real thing. Hope things go back to how it was. Grand forks was the “richest” credit union in BC/member and it unfortunately really shows that this is not the same credit union.. (except the location of course) I guess the credit union was going downhill for years, or they wouldn’t have had an interest in merging. The App still is worse though, and it’s been around longer than you’ve been involved in Grand Forks, which is odd. Whoever’s in charge of running this hopefully is benefitting from some form nepotism at least. Hah.. shouldn’t have scrapped the old code maybe ### 1/5 — Reports and clarity *2024-07-10, version 17.5.11* This app sucks. I have spent at least 3 hours trying to find how to get my bank statements and simple reports on my spending to clarify for myself what my cash flow is. I also tried on-line banking to no avail. I am debating switching to the other bank in our town as this app is not user friendly! ### 1/5 — Do better *2024-05-14, version 17.5.11* This app is garbage. So frustrating to not be able to perform simple bill payments or access account balances without the app crashing several times over. ### 2/5 — Not the acu *2024-03-24, version 17.5.11* This is no way the acu I opened my account at! I tried to pay a credit card, and it is not letting me do that! Why does it need a nickname to write a review, esp. when all the ones I tried are all taken lol ### 1/5 — Nothing but problems since G&F took over ACU *2024-03-20, version 17.5.11* I miss Aldergrove Credit Union.
