Maybe someone should change a word or two in between “updates” . Copy and paste is my CS major too, but that’s not a real thing. Hope things go back to how it was. Grand forks was the “richest” credit union in BC/member and it unfortunately really shows that this is not the same credit union.. (except the location of course) I guess the credit union was going downhill for years, or they wouldn’t have had an interest in merging. The App still is worse though, and it’s been around longer than you’ve been involved in Grand Forks, which is odd. Whoever’s in charge of running this hopefully is benefitting from some form nepotism at least. Hah.. shouldn’t have scrapped the old code maybe ### 2/5 — Not the acu *2024-03-24, version 17.5.11* This is no way the acu I opened my account at! I tried to pay a credit card, and it is not letting me do that! Now I have to add all my old contacts 🥲 ### 3/5 — its ok *2023-05-19, version 17.3.2* due to the codes needing to be typed in. its ok for security reasons, but it does get annoying sometimes. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2023-03-17, version 17.3.2* Clearly a work in progress but the main annoyance is the Face ID login “forgets” that it’s on at least once a week so have to keep re-entering login credentials. I have spent at least 3 hours trying to find how to get my bank statements and simple reports on my spending to clarify for myself what my cash flow is. I also tried on-line banking to no avail. Again today I’m trying etransfer my own family and it won’t go. It was much better when it was aldergrove credit union we didn’t have close to the amount of issues we have now. Considering switching this account to BMO works perfectly and is much more compatible to all banking. If your account gets disabled without botice, like mine did while travelling overseas, you won't be able see any of your account info; you'll think it disappeared. This is a terrible financial institution to deal with. I've never had so many banking issues in my entire 37-yr banking history as I have since I moved over to G&F. The name, originally was (if I remember correctly) Civic Employees Credit Union. Amalgamations and growth occurred along with name changes, but the service has always remained “top notch”.
