Th is is a wonderful credit union because of that and also because of all the events they have and programs that make available to you. This is one website that I check just to find out what are they offering me next based on the email they just sent. Love it! Try it! They are always really helpful. Their app on the other hand, is terrible. Clunky, slow, not intuitive at all. Oftentimes I have to remove the app from my phone because it freezes or I’m unable to access my account due to issues with the app. Therefore, I find myself downloading the app again. No response from GCEFCU yet. ### 3/5 — Most parts of app are good but mobile deposit needs improvement *2019-05-11* The app is fairly good for the most part, but GCEFCU needs to improve the mobile deposit piece. Approximately half of the time I deposit a check through the mobile deposit component, it is rejected without any explanation. I then have to go back in and try depositing the check again. The check is then typically accepted for deposit the second time. I make no change to the endorsement so I have no idea why the check is rejected the first time.
