I’ve entered correct username and password and I’ve been told I have invalid credentials (same credentials I used to successfully log on three weeks ago). Asked to reset my password but would not allow me to enter email address. When prompt to use forget password, it doesn’t even have the correct info we entered to use to retrieve. Change CC carrier 3 times, prior app not for a smart phone, now cannot view history. Who is making their poor decisions? If they can’t figure out the simple things they will not be handling my money. To much of a PITA to deal with constant change and reverse the changes over and over. This is very inconvenient when I’m in a rush.
