The manage my bill pay option to pay my water bill doesn’t work when I click on the mange bills option. Can you fix this ??? Thanks

I’ve used this apps several times to request street repair, tree cutting, trash pickup, etc. Each time I’ve gotten a call after the work has been complete and everyone has been courteous and timely. I highly suggest putting in a request over a phone call. I’ve not used the bill pay option but the app is great for city requests.
