## Newest reviews (7 of 27)

### 1/5 — Documents like QRH fail to open

*2022-07-14*

None of the documents will open. When I could open them a couple weeks ago, there is no way to add notes.

### 1/5 — Icons too Small

*2022-06-07*

Icons too small. Why did you change the display presentation?

### 2/5 — I’m sure they’ll have their reasons…

*2022-06-06*

But the “new” version is basically a stripped down run-of-the-mill pdf reader.

My 2 biggest disappointments: forced vertical scrolling (yes, I’ll admit to being from a generation that is used to flipping pages side-ways.)

But, biggest fail: removing all options for writing/drawing on the pages. Rectangles were my favorite tool for working with the classic spaghetti charts. Anything else (or, actually, nothing else, as it turns out) is just not okay!!

### 2/5 — Less Function, More Confusion

*2022-06-04*

Seriously … PlaneBook was an excellent app, and now it’s been wrecked. Forget drawing tools and highlights, now you can chase tabs and charts with your finger to find the wrong answer.

I completely hate it. PlaneBust 😑

### 1/5 — Worst update ever!!!!!

*2022-06-02*

Worst update ever!!!!! Give me back the last version!!!

### 1/5 — Worst update

*2022-05-30*

I can’t believe you would even think this update is any good. Go back to the original format.

### 1/5 — TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!

*2011-08-29, version 1.1.5*

This is a great App for reference, however you can add all the reference material you need to your iBook App as a .pdf. It may not have all the bells and whistles but you will have all this information.

This App should be included with the Flight Crew Reference subscription.

If Gulfstream wants to stay in the forefront of evolving cockpit technology then they will need to make this App more affordable and get all the crew members onboard.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Works ok most of the time

*2026-02-03*

50% of the time it works sometimes. For it being such a necessity in the cockpit, Gulfstream really should up its stability and somehow up the upload speeds on their end

### 1/5 — horrible….update

*2024-05-18*

constantly says check your network connection…every other app and browser has no problems with network.

### 1/5 — Worst update ever

*2023-12-14*

Worst update ever

### 1/5 — Needs drastic improvement

*2023-09-25*

This app would be fine if there was an ability to have multiple documents open in tabs, like an internet browser, and if we were able to “mark up” the documents. Having the ability to highlight text, add comment boxes, bookmark pages, etc would be a MASSIVE HELP.

### 1/5 — App.

*2023-01-18*

No QRH, more steps to find checklists. Difficult to do basic things such as update mandatory password changes.

### 1/5 — Total crap since the last update

*2022-10-11*

Why do these developers have to mess around with stuff that’s perfectly fine?!

### 1/5 — What happened to the annotations feature?

*2022-09-12*

Loosing the annotations feature on this app ruins it for anyone trying to do the complex spaghetti charts in the performance section.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2022-09-09*

The last version was fine! We don’t need change.
1. There’s No confirmation of revisions updated.

2. The scrolling of pages was better swiping sideways.

3. I liked the old version Large manual Icons.

4. Too many steps to get to a Manual.

Very disappointed with this.

Neenous

### 1/5 — Why can I not highlight or write on the pages to help myself?

*2022-09-08*

Update is not good👎

### 1/5 — Terrible “update”, new interface is garbage.

*2022-07-24*

App is now nothing more than a poor pdf reader with the new interface. Also, why would you remove the “plane mode” and require a web based login? Got logged out over the Atlantic and was unable to log back in. Can no longer trust the app for critical information.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — CPTMESUT

*2025-12-02, version 6.15.3139*

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — Great App…

*2024-01-21*

Very good App that is easy to search and navigate.

### 5/5 — Excellent EFB for Aircrew

*2014-08-23, version 3.3.3*

Outstanding Electronic Flight Bag app for Gulfstream aircraft that covers all manuals and other documentation for your Gulfstream aircraft.

This app is a Must Have Paperless cockpit for all AFM, QRH, and associated manuals.

### 4/5 — Biggest issue Logout

*2026-02-01*

The App logs users out way too much, forcing emergency use. Bookmark review works well.

### 3/5 — Lost Annotation Ability

*2022-05-23*

I like the new update, but I am missing the ability to highlight and annotate.

### 2/5 — Not user friendly

*2023-08-09, version 6.4.1831*

Not user friendly

### 2/5 — Can’t be updated. Not cool.

*2023-06-22, version 6.4.1831*

Great job

### 2/5 — No annotations and why only vertical scrolling

*2022-10-07*

We miss the ability to annotate. It was handy to use line, notes, text boxes, etc. Vertical scrolling is ok but wish there was an option to go page facing if desired. Bookmarks work well but you have to know what pub you put the bookmark in as no way to search all of your bookmarks. You have to be in the correct pub to see bookmarks you placed there. I get the reasons to put the AFM, AOM, MMEL at the top. Standardization is good but it would be nice to allow the customer to choose the top three pubs.

### 2/5 — G450 Pilot

*2022-08-22, version 6.0.0*

Big step backwards.

### 2/5 — Not much of an improvement

*2022-07-11*

In what world do people swipe up to get to the next page!
