This product is terrible. The app and the robot literally never connect. When you try to reach out for help through the app that also doesn’t actually let you send a message. Overall, it’s very frustrating.

I bought this on well-known auction site for $130 hoping that this will entertain my dog while I’m at work.  To my dismay, it was totally waste of my time and the money.  It won’t even connect to the Bluetooth nor allow me to make an account.  No matter how many time I attempted to create an account, it just doesn’t allow me to connect to the Bluetooth. I ended up returning this machine.  I’m now left to research all over again and buy something decent.  Their customer service telephone number is in China so there’s no customer service.

The robot/camera is alway “offline” even if the Wi-Fi is connected and machine is fully charged. Even if you leave the robot plugged in to an outlet it still won’t connect until you physically press the “on” button on the robot. This makes the camera useless because I can’t physically turn the robot on if I’m not home. The point of the camera is to see when you’re not home- so if I am home to be able to turn it on, then I wouldn’t need the camera because I’m already physically there. Renders this camera useless.

There is no English support for this app. I couldn’t even register my device or create an account.  It looks like the app wasn’t even made for iOS, as I can’t scroll to the bottom of a page or even select a box to agree to the Terms of Use. So I can’t use the app, but without the app, my $150 robot pet cam is absolutely useless.
