This is such a great tool for gumbo! I was lucky enough to be a beta tester and I am continuing to use this app every time I make gumbo. 

It frees me up to use literally any pot in my kitchen and I know exactly how much gumbo I can make, and no more guessing on roux quantity or anything else.
