I didn’t receive and reached out to customer service. They said that the promotion wasn’t valid and the only promotion was the 1,000 casino loss promotion. I opted into the promotion, even though it want the promotion I had expected when I signed up, I mentioned to the customer service person that I was disappointed and would clos my account. I planned to do this after my loss promotion was received. The customer service rep closed my account without me telling him to do it. When I responded to him that I did NOT authorize him to close the account he said that I apologize for the inconvenience. However, when a patron mentions closing their account, we close the account for security purposes. We can sometimes reopen it as a one time courtesy but we are unable to reopen it due. Gun lake just didn’t want to pay me my 1,000 loss promotion.
