Have downloaded the App several times and it always crashes upon launching.

Pathetic.  Won't load on my 5s on 12.2.2.  The support page has nowhere to leave feedback or ask for help. In the description you wrote "bare arms."  It's supposed to be BEAR arms!  Try again and come back when you are committed to preserving the 2nd.
