I assumed this was just a glitch but the order never arrived and I never received any shipping information besides that the payment was received. Customer service by email and phone number are unreachable. The phone number goes to voice mail and email never answered. Since I waited for so long I can’t even make a charge back on my card. Im really on apps so to see one of my fav gunpla retailers get an app butttt… the app can crash often, I can’t see my order history and when I try to view my points it only gives me a loading screen. And if the app actually worked flawlessly having the app would make everything more convenient. But the app continually freezes on my phone, so Im actually considering deleting it permanently! It’s been about 3 months or so but I can only look at Gundam kits through the app, if I’m looking for other kits I have to go to the site directly. I have to do the same if I want to purchase. All in all great place for hobby supplies. ### 5/5 — MECHA HEAVEN! *2025-04-27* This is my go to place for any big kits or hard to find kits. They always have everything in stock if they don’t, they constantly restock. If you’re interested in model kits, tools, paints, add on parts, HD decals, resin conversion kit. Seriously anything you need they are the one stop shop. Don’t wait. Create an account. You’ll start getting a newsletter of all the new drops.
